It's in a pamphlet given you when you're 14. "Rogueish charm" is part and parcel of being a guy in the South. As for me, though, I take care of my skin, so "rugged" doesn't cut it. Hence the many times I've been called "cute," only to shock the gals with my "rogueish charm."
